Winner of the Académie des Savoir-Faire with a special mention for Le Métal Fondation Hermès, Marie-Hélène SOYER opened the Émaux Métaux workshop in Nantes in 2004.

She has developed a special approach to enamelling metals, combining artistic, craft and manufacturing techniques. She creates enamel effects on steel and copper to meet the needs of architects, decorators and designers.

In her personal work, Marie-Hélène Soyer lets her imagination evolve, drawing on folk art, tales and legends to express her broad artistic universe.

Combining projects for the studio with her work as an instructor in a number of establishments, she is notably an instructor at the Maison de l'Émail in Morez, in the Jura region.
